Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 July 2026

This page is maintained by Ocean Irrequieto to explain how we handle privacy on our website. It is not a certification or legal advice.

1. Data controller

The data controller for this website is OCEANIRREQUIETO - UNIPESSOAL LDA, registered in Portugal with NIPC 518779700, with its registered office in Lisbon, Portugal.

2. We do not collect personal data

This website is a strictly informational and promotional marketing site. We do not ask visitors to create accounts, submit forms, or provide names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal data. We do not collect, store, or process personal data through this website.

3. No cookies, no tracking

We do not use cookies or similar technologies to identify or track visitors. We do not run analytics, advertising, or retargeting scripts. We do not integrate with US-based tracking platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar tools. Because we do not collect personal data, no consent banner is required for the normal use of this site.

4. Europe-first approach

We are deliberately building a Europe-first technology structure. We select hosting, tooling, and integrations that respect European data-protection expectations and avoid non-compliant cross-border data transfers to the United States or other jurisdictions without adequate safeguards.

5. Third-party services we use

We keep third-party dependencies to a minimum. The current website is hosted on the Lovable platform. Web fonts are loaded via Google Fonts, which may connect to Google servers when you visit the site. We do not share any visitor data with these providers because we do not collect it. We are reviewing self-hosted font alternatives to remove even this minimal external connection.

6. Server logs and technical data

Like any website, our hosting infrastructure may automatically generate server logs for security and operational purposes (for example, IP addresses, timestamps, and browser types). These logs are controlled by our hosting provider and are not linked to any personal data by us. We do not use them to profile or identify individual visitors.

7. International transfers

Because we do not collect personal data, we do not transfer personal data internationally. Any technical data processed by our hosting provider is handled under its own data-processing arrangements and is not combined with personal data by Ocean Irrequieto.

8. Your rights under GDPR

Even though we do not hold personal data about you, European data-protection law gives you rights including: access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Portugal, this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD). If you believe we hold any information about you, please contact us and we will confirm or rectify the situation.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published here with the updated date. If we ever begin collecting personal data, we will update this policy and obtain any required consent before doing so.
